Telo Ranch offers exclusive access to the world-class waves of the Telo Islands with a maximum of just six surfers. Located on Sipika Island, you'll explore over 25 incredible waves, plus enjoy fishing, snorkeling, spearfishing, hiking, cultural tours, and private beaches. This is more than a surf trip—it's an island adventure.
We cater to all surfers, including beginners with lessons available, and aim to deliver the best waves of your life. The relaxed vibe and family-like atmosphere at Telo Ranch make every stay special.
A minimum stay of 11 days is required, though longer stays are recommended to fully experience the multiple Indian Ocean swells.
The Telo Islands consist of 101 islands, and Telo Ranch is located 10km south of the equator.

ACCOMODATION AT A GLANCE
Telo Ranch’s accommodations offer an intimate island experience with two unique bungalows.
Bungalow #7 sleeps up to four guests, featuring flexible sleeping arrangements, mosquito nets, a kitchenette, fans, and an outdoor Western-style bathroom for a true jungle vibe.
Bungalow #8 is a private hideaway for couples, complete with flexible bedding, mosquito nets, fans, and an ensuite bathroom. Both bungalows provide a comfortable retreat after a day of Telo surfing and island adventures.
THE WAVES
Telo Ranch offers direct access to some of the best waves in the Telo Islands, a 101-island archipelago located just 10km south of the equator. Nearby breaks provide an array of options for all surf preferences:
Sipika – A powerful right that holds up to 12ft, just 2 minutes away.
Rangas/GT – A right-hand slab across the bay, reachable in 8 minutes.
Mishos/Churches – A fun, long left break, 15 minutes from the Ranch.
The Patch – A consistent left and right peak, 10 minutes away.
BDM’s – A neighboring island with left and right options on both sides, also 10 minutes away.
For those eager to explore further, Telo Ranch offers boat access via the Kingswood to reach other world-class breaks within 30 minutes to 2 hours, providing endless options for an incredible Telo surf adventure.
NON SURFING ACTIVITIES
"This place is so good I don’t want to tell anyone else. Just had one of the best holidays of my life!! Guys were extremely knowledgeable and Safe in the water picking the best spots for us each day. The food was top notch from Wood fired pizza to Lamb roasts and best Brekkie sandwich.

Guests can arrive via fast ferry from Teluk Dalam (Nias), a flight on Susi Air from Padang or Gunung Sitoli (Nias), or by private speedboat charter.
